How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping all depends on the location of shipment. Typically, shipping takes between 5 and 7 business day once the item has been shipped. (**This only applies for pieces that are not custom or are made to order.)

On items that are considered "Made To Order", along with the 2-day processing, there is also a 10-15 business day production time before the item(s) is shipped. Once processing and production are completed, the item(s) will be shipped the way chosen during checkout. 

I ordered a custom piece from the website; how long do I have to wait for it?

All items ordered on this online store are made to order, therefore, for these custom pieces, please allow 10-15 business days (Again, Monday-Sunday is 5 days, we do not make items on weekends). Not including 2 days of processing time. **Please use a calendar to calculate your accurate shipping time, be sure to not count 15 consecutive days. **  

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal as well as all major credit cards, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the products that BeJeweledByJ sells, all sales are final. No exchanges. No exceptions. If products are broken due to rough shipping or a mistake is made on our part, (ie wrong color or wrong product) they can be replaced/exchanged, but this must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Please email up at bejeweledbyj@yahoo.com or send us a message through our contact form here on the website and we'll send you a quote for your custom jewelry piece. Please note, our custom work generally starts at $200 and up. We ask you to include as much detail as you can in your inquiry below:

  • What would you like for us to custom make?
  • Do you want this custom made jewelry iced with stones? If so, where do you want the stones?
  • Desired size, specific dimensions, height, width or length?
  • Please be prepared to provide us with pictures of the design of the custom order you want to be made.

We can customize logos, or photos, completely iced out (with sparkling cubic zirconia or VVS Diamonds. Both can be colored if you would like to use colored stones in your piece)

I'm not sure what length necklace or choker to get? What do you recommend?
