Payment and Shipping 

All payments are done securely through PayPal. All BeJeweledByJ merchandise will be shipped to the address provided through PayPal. BeJeweledByJ and its affiliates will not and are not responsible for any incorrect information provided in PayPal. Shipping is done through United States Postal Service (USPS) as well as UPS. Processing occurs in between 1-2 days*. Please allow up to 2-7 business days for arrival. All packages are based on weight, and it will be calculated at checkout.

**We do ship internationally via USPS as well. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery depending on location.

*Processing time on items purchased under the "Personalize it" tab can take up to 4 weeks to be created, processed, and shipped. 

Business Hours are as follows: Monday thru Friday 9AM-5PM Eastern Standard Time excluding weekends and holidays. Weekends are not business days for BeJeweledByJ.

*On items that are in stock, they will be shipped out the following Monday or Friday, which ever comes first.
